🤯 wow, so unique— a doburoku that is unlike I’ve ever seen. There’s husks and even roasted stalks 🌾. Strange, but not off putting aroma, and lots of almost ashy charcoal and bread 🍞 flavours among the textures.

I remember the doburoku from last time! 😋 This one really tastes like you’d expect — red fruits galore 🍓🍎🍒 with that lovely ☺️ sour cream and peach 🍑 finish. The texture is incredible also.

Whoa 😳 served a bit warmed and the description was given before I tasted 👅 — mimics a green apple 🍏 with slightly muted acid that somehow lingers and fades into cream and mushroom 🍄 really a treat! First of a rare yeast flight 🍶🍶🍶

Fuck yes 🙌🏻🤭 so many nice layers — the Omu Nomu guys nailed it with their notes 🗒️: Wafts of mochi, Emmental 🧀 dried apricot, hazelnut 🌰 pear 🍐, grape 🍇 skin, and digestive biscuits. A creamy sweetness of melon 🍈 complemented by gula Melaka 😍 and horlicks malt-esque with undertones of cheesy sourness. Herbal and ricey 🍚 finish
