At Shinsei event. Comparison between a wine glass and a sake cup. It seemed to have more depth than usual Shinmasa. I was too drunk to really understand, but I could tell it was delicious. I was tempted to buy a sake cup on the spur of the moment, but decided against it.
Good morning, mariage ☔.
I envy you for going to this wonderful event~ ❣️
It's also quintessential to see the sake bowls! I want one too, but it was as expensive as a matcha bowl, wasn't it? I'm amazed you were able to hold off 😆👍
Good morning, Pon.
Yes, that's such a good price. lol.
Actually.
I was only introduced to the distributor and couldn't buy it on the spot. Dangerous danger 😆 But I really felt it tasted better than the glass...
As it is 6/6, Fermentopia 2023 will be held at Tokyo Midtown Yaesu starting today.
We lined up a few hours before the event started, but I and the others were after the goods! I was the first to get the glass I wanted, so now I can sit on the sofa and enjoy my drink!
The fifth drink was No.6 S-Type Direct PASS
This was released in the evening session, and when the sales started along with Ash 2022, there was a line of almost 30 people!
This one is also 500 yen per glass, no matter how much you drink!
(The price seems to change on Saturday and Sunday events.)
Personally, this was one of my favorite bottles to come across and drink, but Direct PASS was delicious above and beyond!
The lush pear-like aroma, the integrated gasiness was a delight to the palate, and the slightly dense sweetness and refreshing acidity were very satisfying!
It is a tasty enough bottle, but there are so many tasty sakes released today that it was hard to decide which one to try!
However, it is a bottle that is sure to be delicious!
Rice polishing ratio: 55% (100% sake brewing rice)
Alcohol content: 13%.
Good evening, Kumakichi!
I see you attended Fermentopia 2023.
I'm so jealous!
I love this big event that only Tokyo can offer.
I love it...it's a great event only in Tokyo.
Tomoyuki Kumagai, good evening! It's amazing that a single brewery can attract so many visitors, isn't it? There are many interesting initiatives other than sake, and I hope they will be held in other areas as well!

Colors ash 2022 for the 4th cup
I happened to be able to buy this bottle at my favorite liquor store the other day, and it's one of my favorite bottles that I may or may not encounter once a year even at a pub!
There is almost no line for this one, and refills are only 500 yen per glass, and since a four-pack of Ash usually costs just under 5,000 yen, it is almost at cost. The staff at the brewery who pours it for you. The staff at the brewery who poured the sake told us to drink it as much as we wanted because it was only available now! So we drank about 4 glasses of it!
This was my first time drinking Ash 2022, and I had an image that it would be aged for a long time, but it did not feel as young as I had expected, and I enjoyed its fresh sweetness and fresh acidity! I think this is a good thing!
Rice polishing ratio: 45% (100% Kame-no-o)
Alcohol content: 13%.

For the third glass, Colors Tangerine (Yamabuki) 2022
The latest addition to Shinsei's Colors series, this bottle is made with 100% Fukunohana (Japanese Hana) from Akita Prefecture!
The label is a beautiful shade of yellow, but the taste of this bottle is a rich apricot-like sweetness and acidity. The rich, thick flavor was so delicious that we had to have three more glasses of it!
There was almost no line and refills were 500 yen per glass, and we were told they didn't know when it would be available, so we drank too much,
The combination with the very popular Tori Shiki otsumami brought out the best flavor and made me very satisfied!
I like this one so much that I would like to stock up on it if I have a chance to buy it!
Rice polishing ratio: 60% (100% Fukunohana from Akita Prefecture)
Alcohol content: 13%.
As it is 6/6, Fermentopia 2023 will be held at Tokyo Midtown Yaesu starting today.
The second drink will be No. 6 A-type, which is a familiar name for 6/6.
This year, although as tasty as ever, it still seemed a bit hard compared to the other types! However, just like the Cosmos, we enjoyed the clear fresh sweetness and acidity of the improved Nobukou!
There was almost no line and refills were only 500 yen per cup, and since the event was held on a weekday and limited to those who purchased tickets in advance, we were able to relax on the sofas and enjoy the excellent Tori Shiki products while being very satisfied with our snacks!
Rice polishing ratio: 66% (100% improved Nobukou)
Alcohol content: 13%.

The first drink was No.6 Fermen-type
This is one of the No.6 series, limited edition for this event!
Among the No.6 series, you can enjoy its rich sweetness and mild apricot-like acidity. It was a bottle of sake reminiscent of a noble brew? It was reminiscent of a noble sake.
There was almost no line and refills were available for 500 yen per glass, and Yusuke Sato himself poured it for us on the way out.
Rice polishing ratio: 40% (100% Akita Sake Komachi)
Alcohol content: 12 degrees Celsius
There is not much scent on the top of the bottle, but the moment it hits the palate
The moment you put it in your mouth
The mellow aroma of the wooden vat spreads into the nostrils, and it's not half bad.
Slightly spicy.
