The latest addition to Shinsei's Colors series, this bottle is made with 100% Fukunohana (Japanese Hana) from Akita Prefecture!
The label is a beautiful shade of yellow, but the taste of this bottle is a rich apricot-like sweetness and acidity. The rich, thick flavor was so delicious that we had to have three more glasses of it!
There was almost no line and refills were 500 yen per glass, and we were told they didn't know when it would be available, so we drank too much,
The combination with the very popular Tori Shiki otsumami brought out the best flavor and made me very satisfied!
I like this one so much that I would like to stock up on it if I have a chance to buy it!
Rice polishing ratio: 60% (100% Fukunohana from Akita Prefecture)
