よこやまの火入れと生がありましたが今回はあえて火入れの方を賞味しました。 壱岐島で28年ぶりに復活した日本酒づくりと記載があり、とても楽しみにしておりました! 飲み口は軽く味わいは深い、玄人も素人もファーストインプレッションは必ず受ける味わいでした。 甘過ぎず口の中に広がるような味わいなのでどの人にもお勧めできる一品でした!

職場の方にいただいた地元鳥取の日本酒! 抜栓したての香りが米の甘い香りで、飲む前から美味しいことを知らせてくれました! ワイングラスでいただきましたが上品な甘さと微かなガス感でこれぞ大吟醸!という印象。作り手の本気が伺える逸品でした!
