よこやまの火入れと生がありましたが今回はあえて火入れの方を賞味しました。壱岐島で28年ぶりに復活した日本酒づくりと記載があり、とても楽しみにしておりました！飲み口は軽く味わいは深い、玄人も素人もファーストインプレッションは必ず受ける味わいでした。甘過ぎず口の中に広がるような味わいなのでどの人にもお勧めできる一品でした！
