The third drink was the restaurant's recommendation. What is this label? An eye test. I have seen it before at a sake brewery, but I was surprised to see it in the flesh. When I drank it, I found it to be sweet and sour. A little sour. It is unexpected but nice. It has no aroma but is refreshing. It is my favorite type. I'm sorry to say goodbye for this evening.

Today is another day for a bit of drinking. I enter a restaurant I first came to last month. I see Hakusen in the fridge and order it immediately. It has a sweet, fruity aroma and finishes with a light bitterness. My favorite pattern. This one drink heals me.

The third drink was Akabu. It's been a while since I've had this one. I had it with a sake bottle (ippodo). The aroma is spreading and the taste is sweet and delicious. It is perfect. We refilled one more gou, and we were in a good mood. Thank you very much for the sake.

The second drink. I thought it had been a long time since I had had this one. The bright green bottle caught my attention. Today, I chose it based on my impression. It has a soft mouthfeel, and since it is after Hanamup, it tastes a little sour. It is light and crisp. It's nice.
