We duplicated the same brand that had already been checked in between 9/12 and 9/13. We received it in a sealed package. When I saw the sake level on the label, I was a little surprised that it was so sweet. (^◇^;)" I was a bit taken back by the sake's sweetness. Junmai-shu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Yumeko 100%, Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 16%. The aroma is not so strong, but in the mouth it tastes fruity, slightly dry and acidic. It has a firm and solid core. There was no mention of 100% Yume-no-Kou on the label, but it was written on the menu at the restaurant, and when I checked with the master, he said it was 100% Yume-no-Kou. Kudokibe Junmai Daiginjo-shu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ J r.'s Mystery Girl 100% Yamadanishiki, Polishing ratio 44 ALC 16-17 degrees This is one of the wonders of Kudokamite, which is known for its dry taste. The aroma is subtle, and the flavor is mellow, full, and gentle. Chigasaki Hiroki: 20220810

Morishima Junmai Ginjo-shu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Hitachi Nishiki, Polishing ratio 55%, ALC 15%. It has a subtle aroma of ginjo, but when you put it in your mouth, it is quite dry... a sake with a sharpness... I was surprised at the gap between the two. Unexpectedly, I ordered tempura of swordfish, which seemed to go well with this dry sake. Chigasaki Hiroki: 20220810
