On the first day after opening the bottle, I thought the sweet aftertaste was similar to the Daiginjo from Kita Akita that I had the other day, but when I looked at the label on the back, I saw the words "brewer's alcohol. To be honest, I thought it was a bit subtle, but after the second day, I enjoyed it to a certain extent. The Kita-Akita had a light base flavor and a strange sweetness that stood out, while this one had a mellow flavor that I didn't mind so much... I feel like I'm writing about something too vague.
