After 7 months of hard work. I finally found an overseas brewery 🥹.
They transport rice from Tottori to France to brew.
Aged sake with a deep amber color.
It is moderately sweet with a sense of thickening, and has a low alcohol content.
It finishes with a hint of hacca and a nice clean finish.
It is like an aged sake, but it is easy to drink without feeling heavy 😊.
The waiter recommended something called "mascarpone," which is similar to the cheese they pair with it in France.
Exquisite and exquisite combination of food made even sweeter by alcohol 😍.

Rare red 🟥 colored sake 🍶.
It has sweetness and acidity at its core and goes down your throat clean and smooth.
The color makes it seem like a red wine🍷😅.
It tastes like grapes🍇 and reminds me of small, sweet & sour fruits.
You can drink it like a juice😙.

Sake, which was not on the menu. I ordered the jidori chicken and burdock with egg and was recommended a hot sake for pairing.
It was rich in flavor, yet easy to drink and unexpectedly very much to my liking.
I made the painful mistake of forgetting to take a picture of the food even though it was recommended as a pairing.

The aroma of old sake! Taste of old wine! It tastes like old sake, but it's easy to drink. Even my husband, who is not fond of strong sake, said it was just about acceptable 😆.
It seems to go well with strong flavored snacks.

When I mentioned that I wanted something refreshing among the five or so types of Kaze no Mori sake, the waiter recommended this one.
I was told that this sake was discontinued a few years ago, but has been revived by the current brewer.
Fruity and juicy. It was delicious.
