Warmed. There is a fragrant smell. In the mouth, it has a delicious flavor like takikomi gohan (steamed rice), and it's a warmed sake that will make you want to eat it.

Hot sake.
Pleasant alcohol aroma. On the palate, the rice flavor spreads through the air. It has a nice acidity and bitterness to it, with a clean finish. I'm glad to have found another heated sake to enjoy.

We had it hot as recommended by the restaurant.
It's soft and full of flavor, with just the right amount of aftertaste. It has a nice lingering effect on the palate.
The price is reasonable, so I'd like to drink it again.

I liked it so much I drank it again. It goes very well with thick dishes like tsukudani. It's a really nice drink that makes both the food and the drink taste even better.

大井町の國酒文化振興酒場にて。「むすばれ」です。愛山。結婚式に合いそうなラベルですよね。だから愛山なんだろうか。
とてもきれいなお酒です。

バニラみたいなお酒がありますよと教えてもらったのがこちら。うん、バニラっぽいし、なんならケーキみたいで、しっかり美味しい。チーズに合わせるといいかなあ。ケーキに合わせたらどうなるんだろう笑
ちなみに火入れも置いてあってそれも美味しい。よりバニラの傾向が出ているのが生。

先週来た時に飲んで美味しかったのでリピート。スッキリ系で、よく味わうとふっくらしたごはんのような味もあった。うまい。

生のワイルド感もほどよく、大変フレッシュでした。口開けではないんだけどこのお店の秘密兵器（窒素を封入して酸化を防ぐ）のおかげかも。馬郡ごぼう天の生姜煮と。

前と同じような感じかなーと思ったら全く違った。香りからしてスモーキー。いぶりがっこに合わせたいくらい。

柑橘系の味わいでちょうどよい爽やかがあり飲みやすい。すぐなくなる系。

華やかさもありつつ落ち着いた、ラベルの通りの印象かも。とても綺麗なお酒。50%精米。
