Today we have "Urasato", Ogawa yeast.
Ogawa yeast was discovered and nurtured by Chikara Ogawa.
It was first used by Akari Sake Brewery (Mizuhu Pride).
Is it now flourishing? Is it?
I think it is my favorite yeast. ⁉️

Oh, Calpis! Not a snowy scene like the label, but
The light purple color is beautiful 🤩.
And it's got a little bit of a crunchy feel to it (not the katakana "petit petit" feel!).
It's a little spicy, a little sweet, and I don't know what it is...
