One of the 🦊 that I came across when I was stocking up on my bike the other day.
As expected of a stable Eikoh-fuji❗️
A good balance of flavor and gas on opening the bottle😋
This is a very nice wine with a good balance. The finish is refreshing and crisp, as expected from Eikoh Fuji. It's cute and gentle, unlike the impression on the label. I want to be pinched by a fox like this Ippongi" by the neighbor's wife.

This is the second bottle I got on my recent charity expedition.
I looked at the fridge and this one was the first one that jumped out at me.
The label is really cool (looks like American ARMY) and when I picked it up, it was my favorite Eikoh Fushi 🤩.
Of course I bought it 😆.
It has a great aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness and umami spreading all over your mouth☺️.

Yesterday, the 26th.
I was so excited to buy sake today 😆 and headed to a nearby liquor store, but the store was closed 😱.
But I couldn't give up, so I dashed to the liquor store in the next station by bicycle 🚲.
In the end, I bought 3 bottles and went home with a smile on my face while feeling the weight of my backpack on my back🥰
First, the first bottle.
This is Machida Shuzo, which I had been interested in from your post recently.
I️ imagined that it would be my favorite, and that's exactly what it was.
It's fresh and gassy, with a sweet aroma of green apple and a little bit of muscat. It's also sharp. It's so easy to drink that you'll find yourself finishing it all at once😆.
I'm a teenage gravure idol. I like it. by the wife next door

We went to Nadaya Sake Shop to get some sake for the New Year's holiday.
I asked the owner what he recommended, and he said, "This one is hot right now! I decided immediately. Laughing
