Tokyo Expedition 7 (This is a continuation of yesterday's and the day before yesterday's posts)
The 7th drink is Sake Isshu
It's a sake with a name that tells us what direction we should take in the future😎.
It was almost time to go, so I asked the waiter if he could recommend something refreshing for the end of the day, and he gave me a few suggestions.
From the list, I chose this one because I've never had it in Okayama prefecture.
It has a good aroma and the flavor of the rice can be felt.
It's a perfect sake for a meal.
I felt like I was going to finish it 😮💨.

The 6th cup is Kamo Kanehide!
It was a special junmai-shu which was not on the menu because it was the shop's secret sake!
The waiter told us that it had a grapefruit aftertaste. I don't know what that is, but I'll take a sip and taste the aftertaste😌.
I really felt it, or maybe it's because she said so.
It's bitter and delicious!
And it's low in alcohol, so it's nice and light 😊.
From this point on, we started to talk about sake with the waiter.
My wife was impressed and said, "You know a lot for such a young man!
Then he said, "No, I'm already over 40.
I thought you were in your 20s," said my wife.
I thought you were in your 20s.
I've learned a lot of things, and I've realized that drinkers are good people😌.

The 5th drink is Sawaya Matsumoto
Open a new bottle! It's got a nice pizzazz to it 😙.
It's refreshing and easy to drink, very light and has a great aftertaste🥰
Nobby (my wife) loves this 😚
If you're going to drink it with snacks, it's better to drink something like this than something fruity, we both agree😊.
I feel like I was able to choose a good sake to go with the snacks! 👍

The second sake is Isoban!
This is another sake I've been wanting to try for a while, and it's my first time in Shizuoka Prefecture!
It was dry and refreshing and went perfectly with the sashimi that was served with the dry ice presentation!
It's been a while since I've felt the taste of dry sake 😚
At 4pm on a weekday, there were no other customers drinking at this restaurant, just the two of us enjoying our drinks and snacks! 😇
