Fresh and fruity aroma. When you drink it, the sweetness is moderate, and the perfect balance of fruitiness and rice umami explodes instantly in your mouth! The umami and sweetness spreading all over the mouth, this is the best ❤.
I don't detect much acidity, and although it has a high 17% alcohol content, the alcohol is not unpleasant at all. The aftertaste is sharp with a slight bitterness.
Yum! No complaints!
This is probably the best sake I've had in months 😋.
It has a strong, full flavor that enhances the deliciousness of strong flavored dishes. Good with meat dishes - great as a food wine 🍶.
