It's been a long time since I've been to Ganki~. I drank tonight was tsuzude arabashiri. The taste has a slightly effervescent mouthfeel, and the umami of the rice is firm and voluminous. Warmed to lukewarm, it has a soft mouthfeel with a gentle sweetness and acidity, with a nice lingering acidity at the end. It is a perfect match for meat and strong flavored dishes. Tonight we had it at home with yakiniku (grilled meat)! We drank it while eating yakiniku~ The rich rice flavor and mellow mouthfeel go well with beef~! I also fried the fried chicken using curry powder this evening because it looked so delicious when I saw Hiraccio's curry flavored fried chicken 🐤. I've never had fried chicken with this flavor before! The spicy aroma is very appetizing! I've never had karaage with this flavor before! Perhaps this is the strongest version of Karaage EX? Last year I was planning to go to Niigata Sake-no-jin for a drink and to eat half fried food... I bought my plane ticket in early 2018, but...

Good evening~ Gangi looks good. I haven't had it for a while... I wonder if it goes well with meat-based dishes... I'll try it next time. So you were planning to come to the Niigata Sake Festival, I hope it will be held next year. Is there a direct flight from Taiwan to Niigata?

At the last sake festival, you could drink as much as you wanted (if you went to all the breweries, you could drink one cup of sake in one cup), but from now on, there will be two booths, one paid and one free, and you will have to buy a ticket. The number of participants was 6,000 people.

I've never been to a sake camp, and this is one of the events I'd like to go to someday. I've never been to Sake no Jin, and it's the number one event I'd like to go to one day❗️. I've never been to a sake camp before, and I'd love to go to one someday. Niigata is a paradise for sake lovers👍.

There's an ambulance on standby, so... I remember that the number of participating breweries was over 80 last time. You can get Nagamimizu and Turmeric at the venue, but... You can't swallow the sake you don't like. You should prepare a PET bottle for it.

8,000 on the first day. 6,000 on the last day. The accommodation is also reasonably expensive. I stayed at the hotel after the last day, so I paid the normal rate. If you want to buy limited sake, you have to go on the first day. But I hope they do it next year.

I have recently started to manage my weight and have lost weight. I drink less and get drunk more easily than before. But I still want to participate in the grand events of the Sake Festival😄.

Hello, Sake no Jin has a wide range of snacks. Niigata specialties and seafood from the Sea of Japan will be served. (Of course, there is a charge.) Let's eat and drink without worrying about weight control at this time (^^)

I just remembered a place that makes a great half-fried chicken! It's called "Sekitori"! I recommend it 😉 I usually eat it, so I didn't even know it was a Niigata specialty. I'll have to check it out.

Sekitori is good. I learned to fry half a body at Toriku in Niitsu. I heard that they are planning to hold a fair in Yamagata, the most beautiful sake prefecture in Japan, on May 15-16. I wonder if it will be okay⁉️.
