It's been a while since I've had a GANKI, this time an active nigori, the second fermentation in the bottle. I chilled it properly to prevent it from spewing out. When I opened the bottle, I saw a sudden rise of cucumber, but it soon settled down. Scary💦. I drank only the top clearings without mixing the oli. The aroma is relatively mild, with a slight lactic acidic nuance. A strong, shrieky, fizzy sensation can be felt. Then fruity aromas of pear and melon filled my mouth. Dry - Refreshing but not too sweet, with no unpleasant bitterness or acidity. The fruity aroma increases a little when you mix in the oli, and the mouthfeel remains the same. Suki~ I want to drink it again! Recently, I sometimes have an irresistible craving for fried bean curd. Active nigori sake with karaage and a refreshing petit gas feeling is unbeatable ✌.
