My first time at Akabu.
It was as good as it was reputed to be, easy to drink, and you could feel the gas 🔴.
Wanted to buy some and drink it at home but they sold out quickly.
It is a sake apparently made by a tall female toaster. The name of the sake is a riddle from the Edo period (1603-1867), and it is said to mean "good things to hear". It's firm but light, with a clean finish.
It has a strong taste on the palate and gives a good impression. It is easy to drink with a fruity aroma of melon. It is said that the taste of this sake has improved rapidly in recent years.
