"Winter Fireworks . . . Kobayashi Sake Brewing Company, Kuriyama, Hokkaido. . . . Limited edition sake from Kobayashi Shuzo. Still easier to get than Hokuto Zuiso. Junmai Daiginjo with a strong aroma even before you drink it. There's no mistaking the aroma, and when you drink it, it tastes like muscat. Hmm? Muscat? Isn't that white wine? Laughter . The fireworks in winter, when the air is clear and the air is clear, are especially beautiful, spread gorgeously, and then quickly disappear. 上川大雪 山廃酛特別純米 上川大雪の山廃限定酒。 鼻づまりの為香りについてはご容赦を… 飲んだ時はパイナップルのような味わいと微炭酸 口に入れた時にしっかり味が広がるので単体でどんどん飲めますね。 【追記】 開栓して時間が経つと炭酸感が増してる気がします

今回は 私の誕生日祝いに自分用に買ったものを… 『上川大雪 吟風』 香るけど、飲んだときの口の中での広がりは控えめ 神川の方が強いかなぁ 食中酒には今回の方が合ってる気がする 断りですが、基本的に自分用のメモみたいなものなので、何か知識とか間違ってる可能性がありますがよろしくお願いします。
