This sake was made by a sake brewery in Kamikawa Town at Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine. It is not a high-class sake, but it is made with great care. It's very good as a saké. I have to look for this kind of sake.

Daiginjo which I seldom drink Because it is New Year's Eve, it is a little luxury.　　　　　　　It's still good. It's the first time for me to drink Osaka sake. It seems there are several in the prefecture. I'm going to explore more.

Normally I don't drink Daiginjo very often, partly due to financial factors, but partly because I'm too selfish to be cooperative with food. This time it was a gift from an acquaintance of mine, so I had high hopes for this Daiginjo after a long time. When I tasted it, I found that the taste and flavor were not so strong, and it went well with food. On the other hand, you can really taste the original flavor of the sake. I had the impression that I met a top-notch supporting player. They are quite good.
