There's no mistaking the aroma, and when you drink it, it tastes like muscat. Hmm? Muscat? Isn't that white wine? Laughter .
The fireworks in winter, when the air is clear and the air is clear, are especially beautiful, spread gorgeously, and then quickly disappear. We brewed this sake with the desire to create such a winter fireworks display.
Just as the word says, the aroma that spreads out to the fullest never drags and quickly disappears.
I recommend this one to people who aren't used to drinking sake (although it's hard to get as it's only available at select stores). LOL)
