アザラシ3合It's still so delicious! I really like it! Sweet and bitter, with a good balance of acidity. The alcoholic sensation that comes through the nose may put some sake beginners off, but it's delicious!
Serve with salad, sashimi such as black sea bream, or lettuce salad!

2020BY アザラシ3合(It's too cosy, so I've only been doing Kaze no Mori lately.)
Ah, it's delicious! It's refreshing, moderately sweet, but not too sweet, and easy to drink. A-chan of Perfume said in a video "I can drink Mio! I think I can recommend this Kaze no Mori (*´ω*).
Served with Buri sashimi, lettuce and celery salad!

I wanted to drink a sake like this today that wasn't too heavy! The alcohol content of 14 degrees is also good (*´ω*), it's easy to drink, the taste is not too strong, and it's slightly bitter and slightly sweet.
With tomatoes, Chikuzen-ni, and horse sashimi!
DRY The key to the next chapter
Junmai-shu Unfiltered Unpasteurized Raw Sake
Ingredients: 100% Akitsuho from Nara Prefecture
Alcohol content: 14 degrees
Rice polishing ratio: 65 アザラシ3合Delicious~! It's like the Kaze no Mori Hanabi I used to drink, but not quite as sweet, more like a bitter soda (without the sugar), but with a hint of sweetness, which I quite like! It's easy to drink and delicious~!
Along with sashimi and simmered daikon!

---Rice polishing
A rice polishing technique that polishes the brown rice equidistantly from the outside. This makes it easier to dissolve the rice and enables us to design a sake that goes beyond the conventional boundaries.
---.
For the first time in our brewery, we took on the challenge of brewing with flat rice polishing. You can feel the sweetness of the rice and the bitterness of Akitsuho's character, and it has a more complex taste. アザラシ3合I don't think I need to write a review, as I'm sure I drink quite a lot, but it's a record of when and what kind of sake I drink...
As always, it's cheap and insanely delicious! I can't believe it's only 1200 yen. The goodness of the Yamada Nishiki comes out in full force, and the taste is intense, but it's easy to drink, and it's hard to believe that the rice polishing ratio is 80%. I'm not sure if I'm just old fashioned, but I bought the latest issue of dancyu, so I'll study it again!
I'm so lucky to have a Kaze no Mori shop nearby! Sashimi of yellowtail, octopus and salmon with fried spring onions and chilled tomatoes!
Junmai Nara-shu unfiltered unpasteurized sake

2020BY アザラシ3合Today, since it's my birthday, I was served a good sake (*´ω*) No, I always drink good sake, but today's was Kaze no Mori, and it's ALPHA TYPE4, which is expensive for Kaze no Mori!
Fruity and dark! It's fruity and thick! It's hard to believe that the rice is polished to 22%, but it's so full of flavor! (Rather than being clean...) (Rather than being refreshing) It also has a decent amount of sweetness, just like Kaze no Mori, delicious~(o^-^o)

Have a wonderful birthday with Wind Forest 😘. ヒラッチョHappy Birthday to Seal 3 Gong!
I've been secretly following you and watching you.
I love Kaze no Mori, and I remember being shocked when I stumbled upon it on a trip to Nara over 10 years ago! MantaThree seals.
Happy birthday🎊.
I've had Kaze no Mori once, but haven't been able to drink it recently.
I'm planning on going to a store that carries it soon, so I'd like to buy some Kaze no Mori then 😊. 香穏kanonGood evening, seal-threesome!
And! Happy Birthday 🎂✨!
TYPE4 is gorgeous 😆!
I'd love to experience the taste of 22% polished rice! まりぽんぬMr. Seal 3 Gou, I know I'm a day late, but...
🎉Happy birthday 🎂🎉!
TYPE4❣️It's wonderful 😆 It's an appropriate bottle to celebrate yourself✨ I'm looking forward to more reviews...(*^▽^*)/ アザラシ3合Thank you very much for your congratulatory words, Yukachin-san, Hiratcho-san, Manta-san, Kaoyasu-san, and Mariponnu-san. o(T□T)o I was surprised to receive such congratulatory words & I'm very happy! アザラシ3合I'm sorry I didn't respond to each of you 💦 I got to drink some gorgeous windfalls, it was the best birthday ever! I've been following everyone's reviews and I'm always learning from them. Keep up the great work! MAJGood evening, three seals! 😄
I know I'm late to the party, but happy birthday to you... 🎉🎂
I'm jealous of your wind forest and with TYPE 4!!! 😆 .
I think I'm going to drink something good for my birthday too. 😊 アザラシ3合MAJ, good evening 🌙 Thank you for your congratulations ✨✨It was a windy forest and a great birthday, and I hope you have a good sake and a great birthday too, MAJ! アザラシ3合AMAZING!!! I knew Yamori was good, and then I jacked it up, and it's still good~! It's fruity and like rice juice (*ω*), but my husband said it's a little too sweet and has a strong sake feel to it.
It's good on its own, but it's strange that it goes well with many dishes! With stir-fried vegetables, horse sashimi and bonito sashimi!

Acidity:1.3 アザラシ3合Delicious~! Rice juice with alcohol! It has just the right amount of sweetness and sourness, with a hint of bitterness, making it easy to drink! I like it just because it's called Kaze no Mori, but I also like that it's called Omachi!
I like it with pork, tofu, and Chinese cabbage! (I haven't been able to check out your reviews lately... I want to this week...!

A delicious, very well-balanced sake with a bright feeling, sweetness, a slight astringency, and a slight acidity! I'm so happy! It's been a long time since I've had Kaze no Mori, so I feel like there's a lot of correction going on, but it's okay because it's delicious and I'm happy (lol).

Junmai Nara Sake

Rice: 100% Akitsuho from Nara Prefecture
2020BY
Alcohol content 17 degrees アザラシ3合It's a repeat. It's like a juice for adults. But it's not as juicy as Kaze no Mori Summer Night Sky, it's more like a saké. When you hold it in your nose, the sweetness of the Yamadanishiki spreads to your nose, and it's delicious. Also, it always makes a nice popping sound when you open it up!
Along with Kamaru and tuna sashimi!

2020by アザラシ3合(Hmmm, isn't there a lot of Wind Forest? No matter how much my husband likes the Wind Forest.... (No, but...) Delicious! It's sweet, but not too sweet. It's like the flavor leaves your nose right away. Naturally, it's cleaner than the Akitsuho 80, but not as good as the tasty, thick sashimi!
If I were to compare it to a woman, it would be like a beautiful person with her hair pulled back, turning around and fluffing up and smiling.
Also, as it says on the back of the bottle, I think it's good warmed up as well. There was a sticker on the bottle that changes color depending on the temperature, and it said to put it on a chopstick or something.
Sea bream, kanpachi, sashimi of seared octopus, with grilled eggplant!

The Quest for Hot Sake VER.4 Raw

Raw Rice: Akitsuho, grown in Nara Prefecture
Rice polishing rate 65%. アザラシ3合It's a repeat. Sour and refreshing on the palate, then complex and deep! It's like a good balance of sweet and bitter. Delicious as always! I thought it might be summery, but I also thought it might be delicious in winter as well.
I've been so busy with my own notes lately that I haven't been able to read your reviews, but I think I'm going to take some time today! I'm going to learn a lot.
Horse sashimi, grilled yam and boiled komatsuna!

Brewing water: Kongo-Katsuragi mountain system deep groundwater, hardness around 250mg/L
Rice polishing ratio: 80%.
Alcohol content: 17%.
2019by アザラシ3合It's softly sweet and sour. It's lighter than the Kaze no Mori (80% polished rice ratio) I've been drinking. There's a sense of stability, but the taste of the tuna slices was so rich that it was a bit too light for that. But it's easy to drink and tasty (*sigh*)
Tuna slices, sashimi of pike, stewed pork and eggplant and mushrooms, with buttered flirted octopus!
Junmai Nara Sake, unfiltered and unpasteurized

Alcohol content: 14%. アザラシ3合This is delicious! I love it! Mellow and understandably sweet (********) (but not too sweet!) Oh, I'm so happy! This is the first drink I've ever had, and I'd love to repeat it! I don't know if my husband is.
It had an impression of a door to heaven.

I was wondering about this one too, but it's still delicious ✨
I'll buy it when I find it!
I thought the origin of the brand name was wonderful...(o^^o) アザラシ3合Good evening, Kaminari! Thank you for your comment....I started looking up the origin of it when I saw your comment, Kacchan, and yes, it's lovely! Your comment just made me more interested in Obuse! アザラシ3合I was under the impression that the delicious chestnuts were delicious, but the sake was good too! I highly recommend it to anyone who likes a clean, sweet treat!
https://www.jizake.com/c/sake/toyoka/toyo アザラシ3合A cool summer bottle of Wind Forest with a picture of Scorpius on it (********).
Ummmmm! I screamed the moment I drank it, and so did my husband and I. lol
It's sweet and refreshing like rum. I think it's fitting to wear a yukata and drink it at night while watching fireworks or something! I can't do it coronally, though.
Sashimi of salmon, boiled komatsuna, with somen noodles!

Alcohol content: 12%.
Brewing water: Ultra-hard water Deep groundwater from the Kongo-Katsuragi mountain system
Around 250 mg/L hardness アザラシ3合Very easy to drink! It was a sake with a white grape taste. This might be the standard for Kaze no Mori's sake. It went well with the chicken!
With horse sashimi, braised cabbage and furiso, boiled corn, grilled yam, and boiled komatsuna!

2019by アザラシ3合Juicy and delicious! Sweet!
I drank an 807 dew-leaf wind before, but it's cleaner than that, and it has a stronger fruitiness to it. I did. It feels sophisticated.
It's slightly fizzy and has a long lingering sweetness. It left me happy for a long time. (It went well with the wind stew) (************)
Sashimi of roasted octopus, sardines, and medium-sized slices of sashimi, along with sukiyaki-style stew!

2019by アザラシ3合Aaah, I like it. It's so good! It looks juicy and robust. The sweetness of the rice leaves a long aftertaste in the mouth, but when you drink it, the deliciousness comes through your nose in a swoosh. It's coming off...they say it's going to be even more voluminous after a couple of days...I'm looking forward to it! It was so good I almost drank it all in today lol)
I was alone in Marunouchi with a woman who usually walks around the city in a very cool way, working late, and she was asking me about my problems. It's a sake that just makes you say "yes" to the

It was particularly sweet, but the quality of the water felt smoother... three days ago, I could stand it. Good. (laughs) With the pork chops! アザラシ3合Ooo, The☆The☆Yamadanishiki! What a royal treat! It felt like I was drinking a solid Junmai Daiginjo! But 80% milling ratio... wow!
I've been trying Kaze no Mori with a variety of rice lately, and each rice has a different taste (of course!) ), but they were all delicious and happy! Sake is great.
Sautéed fava heart greens, rolled eggplant and asparagus with meat, grilled yam, with boiled corn!

2019by さけのすけThat's a lot of vegetables and it's wonderful! アザラシ3合Delicious! But how complicated it is!
When I drank it, a wave of "goodness" came over me. It's like a drink with a lot of momentum. Complicated! I thought it was because it felt like there were all kinds of flavors coming in addition to the deliciousness, like sweetness and astringency. The deliciousness is going through my nose, I'm so happy!
When I opened it, I heard a nice popping sound (o^-^o). It's there.
It's delicious on its own, but it doesn't interfere with each other with the food. This is about 1,200 yen for a quadruple bottle. And it's too cosy.
Tuna medium fatty tuna, sardines, seared octopus, engawa, sashimi of scallops, cabbage and chicken consommé. With the stew!
