Juicy and delicious! Sweet! I drank an 807 dew-leaf wind before, but it's cleaner than that, and it has a stronger fruitiness to it. I did. It feels sophisticated. It's slightly fizzy and has a long lingering sweetness. It left me happy for a long time. (It went well with the wind stew) (************) Sashimi of roasted octopus, sardines, and medium-sized slices of sashimi, along with sukiyaki-style stew! Aaah, I like it. It's so good! It looks juicy and robust. The sweetness of the rice leaves a long aftertaste in the mouth, but when you drink it, the deliciousness comes through your nose in a swoosh. It's coming off...they say it's going to be even more voluminous after a couple of days...I'm looking forward to it! It was so good I almost drank it all in today lol) I was alone in Marunouchi with a woman who usually walks around the city in a very cool way, working late, and she was asking me about my problems. It's a sake that just makes you say "yes" to the Bonito sashimi, meat and potatoes, along with beef and thick fried tofu stewed sukiyaki style! Preparation 18 Raw Rice 100% Omachi, grown in Okayama Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 50% koji rice, 50% rice on rice 16% alcohol by volume. Sake meter value +2.5 Acidity 1.3

Three days later today (July 20), I drank a voluminous yamori. Oh, delicious! It was particularly sweet, but the quality of the water felt smoother... three days ago, I could stand it. Good. (laughs) With the pork chops!

Ooo, The☆The☆Yamadanishiki! What a royal treat! It felt like I was drinking a solid Junmai Daiginjo! But 80% milling ratio... wow! I've been trying Kaze no Mori with a variety of rice lately, and each rice has a different taste (of course!) ), but they were all delicious and happy! Sake is great. Sautéed fava heart greens, rolled eggplant and asparagus with meat, grilled yam, with boiled corn! Delicious! But how complicated it is! When I drank it, a wave of "goodness" came over me. It's like a drink with a lot of momentum. Complicated! I thought it was because it felt like there were all kinds of flavors coming in addition to the deliciousness, like sweetness and astringency. The deliciousness is going through my nose, I'm so happy! When I opened it, I heard a nice popping sound (o^-^o). It's there. It's delicious on its own, but it doesn't interfere with each other with the food. This is about 1,200 yen for a quadruple bottle. And it's too cosy. Tuna medium fatty tuna, sardines, seared octopus, engawa, sashimi of scallops, cabbage and chicken consommé. With the stew! Sashimi platter, served with boiled broccoli, which I prefer with meat. I guess. The first sip was my first impression of the rice flavor. Yeah, but it's delicious! I've seen a few people write "Superdry" and I can see that too, it's sharp. I wrote that when I was at Nabeshima, "I'm good! I feel as if the sake said to me, a little too quickly, but softly and gently, "I..." (laughs) Isn't it delicious? (Of course it's good.)"? It's hard to describe. あーー、美味しい!ほんとに精米歩合80%? 語彙力がないのが悔しいけど、雑味がなくて、お米の上品な炭酸ジュースみたい。穏やかな甘さとほんのり酸味と、バランスがちょうど良い。開栓のときにポンっていい音がしました。すんなりきて、呑みやすい。 半年前のクリスマス近くに、お酒に詳しいおじさまに「特別な製法をしてる奈良の美味しいお酒」と教えてもらい、風の森の米ごとの呑み比べして、風の森の雄町に惚れました。今回購入した酒屋はほんと良いものが揃ってて、また買いに行きたい。 小松菜のおひたしとお刺身と一緒に(o^-^o) 華金にふさわしいお料理とお酒!!幸せ~! 純米奈良酒 無ろ過無加水生酒 仕込水 金剛葛城山系 深層地下水 超硬度250mg/L 原料米 岡山県産雄町100% 精米歩合 80% アルコール分 17度 2019BY

香りはほのかに甘く、味は予想通り甘~い!ジューシー!フルーティーで美味しい!とっても好み!! (後日メモ:上の書き方だと「すごくジューシー」に読めるけど、穏やかにジューシーでした。強すぎない甘さで好み。) 以前、居酒屋で惚れたので、探して購入した屋守!期待を裏切らず美味しいです、幸せ~! レバー醤油煮と筑前煮と一緒に。お料理と一緒でもいいけど、単体でも呑めるなこれは(*´ω`*) 原料米 広島県産八反錦100% 精米歩合 麹米50% 掛米 50% アルコール 16度 日本酒度 +2.5 酸度 1.3

令和元年度醸造 生原酒 1BY 巻機山(まきはたやま)伏流水仕込み けっこうな生!The☆日本酒って感じの味(笑) 米感が強いのかな。すっきり系が最近多かったので、久々にがつんときました。山田錦で上品なイメージを勝手にしてたけど、良い意味で裏切られました。これはこれで美味しい~。 豚の角煮と鶏皮ポン酢と一緒に!夫のリモート飲み会の横で、静かに呑んでます(о´∀`о) 今日は日本酒とじっくり向き合うぞ~! 原料米 山田錦100% 精米歩合 65% アルコール分 17度
