(Hmmm, isn't there a lot of Wind Forest? No matter how much my husband likes the Wind Forest.... (No, but...) Delicious! It's sweet, but not too sweet. It's like the flavor leaves your nose right away. Naturally, it's cleaner than the Akitsuho 80, but not as good as the tasty, thick sashimi!

Also, as it says on the back of the bottle, I think it's good warmed up as well. There was a sticker on the bottle that changes color depending on the temperature, and it said to put it on a chopstick or something.
