アザラシ3合Steady taste (≧▽≦)! The alcohol might be a little bit too strong, but other than that, it is easy to drink!
The label of autumn leaves is my favorite♪ Grilled Hamaguri (clams),
I served it with grilled clams, horse mackerel sashimi, and lettuce salad!

I realized after drinking that it is limited to 1000 bottles...! I'll have to go to Shinsaibashi for this one...!
Served with Negitoro roll, black sea bream and striped horse mackerel sashimi, and lettuce salad!

2023BY winter brewing tank 1017 ma-ki-Good evening, Mr. Seal 3G.
I was able to get this one too, so I'm going to have it next week for Wind Forest week 🎵.
I'm looking forward to drinking it more and more after reading your post 😊.
The black moray eel sashimi looks delicious too ✨. アザラシ3合Good evening, ma-ki-, 🌛Thank you for your comment...I just sipped the green one, but I like to match it with Wind Forest Week! I will try to match the yellow one with Wind Forest Week! アザラシ3合I've drunk colander pickers before, but today it has a kind of dewy-leaf style feeling, a little bitter and squeaky, and the conclusion is delicious ( ꈍᴗꈍ ) ♪
The label says it has a rich aroma and clarity, but for me, I feel it's more crisp today...
I served it with fried komatsuna and maitake mushrooms and Sado salmon sashimi!

2023BY Autumn brewing tank 1004 のんだくれI bought it last week at a holy place and was hooked.
I went to Honda-ya in Higashimurayama, a nearby store, to repeat the purchase.
As expected from Toshimaya's hometown, they had the best selection of yamori.
It is delicious!
It is my personal strike.
For snacks, I bought sashimi at Uosankyu in Kiyose City on the recommendation of a colleague from Hokkaido.
It was worth the trip all the way to Kiyose! アザラシ3合First of all, the label is super cute! Lovely!
The taste is also very good! I think it is similar to Kaze no Mori no Hanabi, but with a little less alcohol. It is a dangerous drink that is so delicious that I gobble it up.
I would like to try it with sashimi such as horse mackerel, yellowtail, abalone, etc., nameko mushrooms, lettuce salad, etc., though not saury!

Rice used: 100% Hachitan-Nishiki No. 2 produced in Kakizaki, Niigata Prefecture アザラシ3合This liquor was introduced as melon-like and was purchased. The other yellow label in line was described as grapefruit-like. I am curious about that one too!
When I drank it, I found that it might have a melon-like taste, but it was not too flashy, but mildly sweet and tasty (≧▽≦)!
The name of the sake also has plum blossoms, and the sake cup also has plum blossoms painted on it, which makes me feel good! Served with soaked zucchini, lettuce and tomato salad, and sashimi (striped horse mackerel, inada, sea bream, and chicken grunt)!
Alcohol content: 15%.

Rice: 100% Gohyakumangoku grown in Kakizaki, Niigata Prefecture アザラシ3合As expected of Wind Forest Fireworks! I love it because it has a rummy feel without being too sweet (≧▽≦) I looked at the back label and saw that ......? Kaze no Mori Fireworks Festival the final ...? What? This is the last one? The Kaze no Mori Fireworks Festival was started to liven up the situation where there are not many events in the Corona disaster. ...... Really? ...... Too bad....
It's still easy to drink and has a bittersweet rummy taste, I love it! I heard there was a BBQ to enjoy with the wind forest, but the accommodation plan was sold out...( ≧Д≦)
The fireworks were red this time, but there will be blue fireworks in late August. I have to buy one..!
We had a salad of soaked zucchini, lettuce and tomatoes, along with sashimi (horse mackerel, yellowfin bream, sea bream, and Japanese anchovy)!

Kaze no Mori is a fire-returned Kaze no Mori with an eye toward overseas expansion.
Kaze no Mori has a beautiful sound and bubbling when transferred to a vessel.
It makes you smile even before you drink it.
Even though it is fire-aged, it is shwashy and fresh!
Sweet with a strong acidity. The aftertaste is quite dry.
It was a stable Kaze no Mori. たけっちYAMORI Junmai Nakadori Nao Kumi Unadjusted Nama
It's been a long time since I've had a Gecko 🦎 that I put off buying because I thought I could always buy it.
It was a hot day, so this one looks summery from the outside.
Refreshing and strong aroma.
It's piquant when you drink it.
After the sourness and sweetness, the bitterness comes and kills you.
Delicious😍. アザラシ3合Delicious! I imagine it's a non-foaming version of Cold Forest! It is easy to drink with a little sweetness and gorgeousness.

It was a wonderful sake that went well with all kinds of dishes, but I was surprised that it went best with truffle potato chips!
