I went to buy a fruity and slightly sweet sake. I was recommended YOKOYAMA, a sake from Iki in Nagasaki Prefecture. It was very easy to drink, with a bit of fizz and just the right amount of sweetness. It's a sake that makes me want to buy it again. 👌
