The aroma is thin. It is fruity and very easy to drink, with natural sweetness and refreshing acidity. There is almost no sense of fizz, and while Senkou's Snowball had a natural odor that rose when it was opened, this one has no particular change. The taste is lighter and less sweet than the Snowball. When mixed with ori, it has a subtle yogurt-like aroma and a bit more bitterness, which makes it more drinkable. Personally, I prefer it with ori. As you continue to drink, the flavor gradually becomes thicker and more robust. This gradation is an interesting feature of nigorizake.

Appearance is slightly dark yellow. The aroma is not gorgeous, but it has a sweet aroma with a slightly melon-like flavor. The taste is refreshing, and the umami flavor that is felt quickly recedes nicely. Personally, I feel that the taste is thin, but this is a good combination with a meal such as sashimi. It does not interfere with the meal, and you find yourself drinking more and more of it. This is a perfect food sake.

It has a light effervescence, with a fluffy, yogurt-like fermented aroma, and the umami spreads slowly and disappears. It seems to be recommended as a food sake, but it is perfectly fine on its own.

The aroma is subdued but elegant, like a pear. The subtle sweetness and acidity quickly fade away. It is delicious on its own, but this crisp aftertaste makes it easy to pair with meals, and since it may seem a bit lacking on its own, it is suitable as a mealtime sake. If the temperature is too low, the lightness will stand out more, so it may be a good idea to take it out of the refrigerator beforehand.

Simple taste, perfect as a food wine. Slightly effervescent. I think it tastes more mellow and tasty on the second day.
