岩手出身、現在は愛知在中の単身赴任者です。 日本酒に関しては、基本的には辛口の純米酒が好きです。 数年前に一升瓶が数本入るワインセラーを購入したので、たまに純米酒大吟醸などを購入し冷やして美味しく飲んでいます。 「さけのわ」については、2023年2月からの開始なので、まだまだこれかとなりますが、皆さんのレビューを参考に多くの美味しいお酒を飲みたいと思っています。

It was a very tasty sake with absolutely no off-flavor. It is easy to drink and goes well with Japanese food. I bought this sake at Tsu station at the end of last year as a New Year's sake. My family and relatives enjoyed it to the last. (^. ^)

It has a freshness and a slightly fizzy taste with a tangy sensation on the tongue. It is very easy to drink and goes down smoothly. It is also good as an aperitif.

It is easy to drink and not heavy, so it goes down smoothly. (^. ^) It has been a long time since I have had Junmai-shu Daiginjo, and I enjoyed it well chilled with sashimi.

I drank Kubota Manju for the first time. It was dry and lighter than I expected, so it was easy to drink. I thought it was dangerous, but I enjoyed it. I was told that there are other kinds of Kubota Manju, so I would like to try them next time if I have a chance.

It is a junmai sake, so it was served chilled and tasted delicious. It was not too heavy and was very easy to drink with sashimi. The alcohol content is high at 19 degrees, so I felt it was necessary to be careful not to drink too much.

This was the first time I drank this special junmai sake. I thought it had a sourness and a super-fine bubbly taste as well as a delicious rice flavor. I don't know what it was, but the wording on the label was interesting and piqued my interest, so I picked it up. (^. ^) The taste is quite robust, so I would like to savor it and sip it while enjoying it.
