きなこもち

It is one of the most dry sake in Bakuren, and it has a soft mouthfeel, but after that the aroma and flavor of sake comes in a strong way. There is a slight aftertaste, but it is very fragrant. I drank it with a bowl of soup (dashi), but it seems to go well with dishes that have a gentle flavor.

It is refreshing. Both spicy and sweet, perfect as a food sake. I didn't feel the pineapple that much (maybe it's the acidity). No lingering aftertaste.
