It has a mellow aroma and taste. This time, the shape of the sake cup was straight, but the aroma and flavor could have been better appreciated with a bud-shaped cup. This time we paired it with light foods such as tako-wasaya and shirasu (baby sardines), but I thought it would be more enjoyable with rich flavors such as dried or smoked fish. I think it cost about 2,000 yen for 720ml.

Continuing from the last issue, this sake series was unearthed at the time of our move. This time, we found an unopened sparkling sake from 2014. And I think the way I got it was not from a store but from Tokyo Big Sight or something. It was old and the lees had settled, but the fizz remained almost intact and I found it fruity, sweet and delicious. It was like a white wine. Amazing! It's a shame that I can no longer compare the taste to what it tasted like right after it was made.

I found an unopened 2012 Rainy Day Moon and drank it, and it had obviously deteriorated. w I wasn't planning on making it an old sake, but it doesn't age well just by being stored (left) by an amateur in the shade. The lees were also heavily precipitated. I'll buy some next time and drink it properly. I think the liquor is turning unusually fast. Drunken fist?

It has a stronger sweetness than the Gin. I don't need to tell you how it tastes. I was drinking it with crab sashimi and seared crab, but the crab was gone in an instant, and when I rummaged for some tsumami, I found some canned goods that looked good, so it was an ungraceful parley. I forgot to give it to you. It feels polished and free of any wasted taste. You can drink it like water. The three of us drank it all up in an instant.... It goes with everything, but these steamed and grilled oysters were the best. I want to drink it again. The best local sake good! About 15,000 yen

After climbing Mt. Orou Iwayama, I dropped by the head office of Horaisen and bought some by the pound. I also bought some sashimi konnyaku with it, but I'll use it for my next dinner at home. The taste is dry. The taste is dry, and the fact that it's not a commercial product makes it very tasty. I'm sure that white fish is the best snack for sake.
