キュウタI found an unopened 2012 Rainy Day Moon and drank it, and it had obviously deteriorated. w
I wasn't planning on making it an old sake, but it doesn't age well just by being stored (left) by an amateur in the shade.
The lees were also heavily precipitated.
I'll buy some next time and drink it properly.
I think the liquor is turning unusually fast.
