Continuing from the last issue, this sake series was unearthed at the time of our move.
This time, we found an unopened sparkling sake from 2014.
And I think the way I got it was not from a store but from Tokyo Big Sight or something.
It was old and the lees had settled, but the fizz remained almost intact and I found it fruity, sweet and delicious.
It was like a white wine.
Amazing!
It's a shame that I can no longer compare the taste to what it tasted like right after it was made.
