It has a mellow aroma and taste.
This time, the shape of the sake cup was straight, but the aroma and flavor could have been better appreciated with a bud-shaped cup.
This time we paired it with light foods such as tako-wasaya and shirasu (baby sardines), but I thought it would be more enjoyable with rich flavors such as dried or smoked fish.
I think it cost about 2,000 yen for 720ml.
