Its gorgeous sake body and rich aroma make it difficult to describe its delicious taste in words. Despite being an undiluted sake, the fruitiness could be tasted by drinking it as is after opening the bottle, and it expressed explosive melon and muscat flavors of kyoho without letting it sit still. The sweetness gradually increased after standing still at room temperature for 30 minutes, and the sake body became even milder. It was easy to drink at this time and expressed a variety of tropical fruit flavors, sometimes I thought I was drinking mango, banana, pineapple ...... juice. When drunk at the same time as other sakes, the flavor covers the other aromas as they are, making it a true stand-alone. I think it has quality comparable to that of Jyushiyo.
