After this, we will have it with Tomato Mato Dashi Somen and maybe some other dishes. The sake itself is brewed, or should I say savory, with a rich flavor. It seems to go well with dashi (Japanese soup stock) and astringent ingredients. It is a sake that is hard to find.

It's my first time to drink it, but it's very delicious!
It's Yamahai, but it's beautifully made and real, real tasty. I'm thinking of buying it. I hope the people of Ishikawa will do their best.
