A friend of mine gave me this drink.
I knew only Tokoro Sake Brewery when I heard of Ibi in Gifu Prefecture, but I didn't know they had such a delicious sake.
The sake in a jar is very chic. (I did spill a little when pouring it out. 、、、、)
I can feel the depth of the matured flavor and wonder if this is an old sake.
It blended well with the sweetness of the dried persimmons we had together.
