Hourai, I bought two bottles.
The first one is on the left. Hiyaoroshi unfiltered original sake.
The sake has matured over the summer.
It's said to have a dense, honey-like texture, but it's really a sake with a deep flavor.
At the first sip, you may think it is just a normal sake, but from the second sip, the rich flavor and sweetness spreads.
It is a sweet sake, but the sweetness of the rice is very elegant.
It is recommended for this autumn.
Next time, we will enjoy the naturally fermented Hiyaoroshi Special Junmai Ginjo.
