Yamada Nishiki has a stable flavor, sweetness and aroma.
It has a delicious and fruity taste.
Akaiwa Omachi has a clean taste, but the aroma lingers and you can soak up the aftertaste.
It is the same sake, but with different rice.
A very enjoyable time.
