At an antenna store in Nihonbashi I bought a bottle of this sake, which was advertised as "a sake that is not often sold in the Kanto region. I bought it under the advertising. Impression of the sake Thanks to Niigata's deep pockets! Niigata is the best! If this is your everyday sake, what else is there to do?

The manufacturer is Daiichi Shuzo Co. It is a refreshing sake that can be enjoyed as much as you like! ...It has been a long time since I visited Tochigi Prefecture, but the people are as friendly as ever, and I was healed 🙉.

From my memory of a very good junmai sake I had some time ago, I happened to buy it just because of the "Echigo Tsurukame" label I saw at a liquor store. Wine yeast brewed... It is difficult for me to evaluate. I think it would fetch a good price if I served it at a restaurant. My father-in-law thought he was being served white wine and was angry that I should serve him sake.

The rice polishing ratio is 20%. It is quite refreshing, but it also has a sweetness. We had it as a celebration for the birth of our second son. I was surprised when I saw the price after drinking it.

Year-end and New Year's Third Stage Local sake. We couldn't go home this year, so we ordered some. It's not as fancy as some of you are making it out to be, but it's Fromm Noda's favorite sake. I think it tastes better at room temperature or warm than cold. The smell is the same, but when you put it in your mouth, it gives you a "guffaw"☺️.

Year-end and New Year 2nd My aunt bought it for me at the Niigata Prefecture antenna shop in Nihonbashi. It's a very easy to drink sake that is pure, gentle and healthy. She also gave me some sake with salmon. Niigata is the best.
