From my memory of a very good junmai sake I had some time ago, I happened to buy it just because of the "Echigo Tsurukame" label I saw at a liquor store.
Wine yeast brewed...
It is difficult for me to evaluate. I think it would fetch a good price if I served it at a restaurant.
My father-in-law thought he was being served white wine and was angry that I should serve him sake.
