I'm Akatake and I've been hooked since SNOW.
I was able to get SAKURA!
I heard that it was sold out in the pre-order stage at the store where I...
It has a low alcohol content of 12 degrees, but the gentle sweetness and sourness go down the throat nicely and pleasantly.
The low alcohol doesn't leave much of a residue on the palate, and it disappears as beautifully as a cherry blossom falling down.
It is the best as the brewer's comment.
The bottle design is also very cool and clear.
It is sure to add color to your dining table. LOL!
This is Shinsei Ecru.
This is the first time to have a new bottle of Ecru.
The alcohol content has been lowered to 13 degrees, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it comes out...
Is the aroma the same as the usual ecru? (I don't have the five senses to appreciate minor differences...)
When I took a sip, it was perfection.
I especially like the way the sweetness comes out and goes away, and I found myself finishing the whole glass.
It has a more folksy image than the Viridian I had yesterday, without being too heavy, and yet it still lets you enjoy the aftertaste.
It's a bottle that can be enjoyed lightly.
I was able to realize the goodness of Shinsei again.
Shinsei Viridian.
I had it for the first time in almost a year, but I have the impression that it has a thick taste in Shinsei.
It's very rich and heavy (although it's a negative image to say that), and it's very flavorful.
This is my impression while drinking a lot of alcohol today.
The impression may change later. lol
However, in my opinion, this is the most robust label of all the Shinsei, and I think it would be good to enjoy it with a variety of meals.
I have two bottles at home now, one medium and one aged in the brewery, so I would like to compare them.
Next is the Waka wave TYPE-FY2.
I had decided to buy this after seeing the product introduction.
The first thing I paid attention to was how much the malic acid would assert itself.
When I drank it, I see, this is malic acid...it's refreshing to get out of it. The acidity works! Rather than that, I like the good balance that makes it refreshing and light.
When I think of sourness, I think of WAKAZE ORBIA SOL, but that one is different because the sourness is all over the place. LOL!
I like the perfect balance of sourness.
I can drink it as much as I want...
I heard that they are making it sharper by adding white koji from this year... I would like to try the one before last year (_ _)
Wakanami Sparkling has been on my mind lately.
It's my first Wakanami.
This is the first Wakanami Sparkling I've had in a while, and it's been a while since I've had a solid sparkling.
I think the last time I had it was about a year ago when I drank the NO.6 Xmas type at the store.
When I opened the bottle, it seemed to overflow vigorously.
It took me a few minutes to open the bottle by twisting the cap slowly and then putting it back on, twisting it and putting it back on, and so on.
When I took a sip, the sourness spread quickly in my mouth, and then it tightened up, and I could feel a hint of sweetness in it.
It's the perfect aperitif for a toast...
