I remember drinking the classic OCEAN99 last year and it was very easy to drink, so I happened to stop by a liquor store where they had a new sake on tap, so I tried it 🍶-. I remember drinking OCEAN99 last year and it was very easy to drink! If you mix it a little, it has a slightly mellowed taste, which is also good. It goes well with both meat and fish 🍖🐟.

I found one of my favorites, Nigori at Nozomu, and tried it! It was an easy to drink bottle with a slight squishy feeling and a sour aroma similar to yogurt, which is probably due to the fact that it is an active nigori. I have only drank the top clear liquid without mixing it, but I would like to mix the other half and drink it 🍶´-.

I happened to pass by an AEON-affiliated imported liquor store and stopped by. I bought a packet. It tastes like OCEAN99 with a refreshing taste. I don't know if this is the right peach, but it has a subtle fruity aroma, and the taste through the nose is nice. It is still a good, easy to drink bottle for less than 2000 yen 🍶-.

I had to try some local sake, so this was my second bottle. On the first day, it had a strong acidity and was neither sweet nor spicy, giving the impression of being refreshing, but after opening the bottle, I wondered if the taste of sake often changes, and when I drank it again three days later, the sweetness was noticeable! Maybe it was due to the fact that I kept the glass so tightly closed? The alcohol content is relatively high at 16%. It is not fruity, but sweet!

I thought I had to try a local sake, so I bought one 🍶´- Maybe it is superfluous since I am usually used to fruity scents, but it is one that is not sweet and has a unique aroma. The mouthfeel is refreshing and the aroma through the nose is somewhat aromatic and calming. It would be perfect to drink it outdoors where you can smell the fragrance of a golden rhinoceros. It is delicious.

It was a bottle that caught my eye at a liquor store I frequent and I bought it in a packet. The packaging of the bottle gave it a very special feel, and the sake brewer behind the bottle was very thoughtful. It is a clear, beautiful sake with a refreshing sweetness and no spiciness, but it is easy to drink with an aroma that goes right through your nose 🍶´- it can be enjoyed with food or on its own!

This is a continuation of my post from a few days ago. Halfway through the bottle, I had the impression that the mellowness had increased. The overall taste and drinkability has also increased dramatically, especially when mixed, and there is no bitterness, the slight sweetness that comes is pleasant and accelerates the decrease thanks to the sweetness that is not too persistent. It is also good with food 🍶-.

I had a bottle of "nigori" from Hirotogawa in Fukushima, which I thought I could never drink in my hometown, so I drank it for the first time (**ω`*). It was a little bit disappointing because the bottle was a full bottle, but it had a slight gaseous feeling and a not too strong yogurt-like sourness. However, the sweetness mixed with sourness like yogurt and just the right amount of alcohol is irresistible. I had the impression that I wanted to drink it in a bigger cup than Ochoco 🍶´- anyway, it is delicious. It seems to go with everything.

The initial tanginess on the tip of the tongue was fresh, perhaps due to the mention of carbon dioxide gas. It was a little bit sweet, like a trompe l'oeil. There was also a bit of bitterness after the sweetness. I drank it with sashimi, but I preferred it with red tuna rather than white tuna.
