When I told the restaurant staff that I prefer light and dry, they served it to me as a recommendation 🗻.
It has a clean mouthfeel and a crisp acidity.
Compared to other sake I had had up to that point, it was really crisp! I was a little surprised at the light and refreshing type of sake.
I enjoyed it very much.
