I was curious about Aruga Sake Brewery before camping.
It was closed on the way there so we stopped by on the way back🚗 ³₃
It's called "makkoli", so is it thick or thick and sludgy? I imagined it would be thick or thick and thick. I was imagining it to be thick or sludgy, but it was drier than I expected.
But it was more smooth than I expected and it seemed to thicken a little when I mixed it well.
The dryness of the sake made it refreshingly crisp, and the sake-like flavor remained, which I found strange.
