Kuroryu, Ikkorai I remember it had a clean taste. I realized that I have never had most of Kuroryu's brands. I realized that I have never tasted almost all of Kuroryu's brands. Tobiroki Junmai Daiginjo My top 2 favorite sake. I have never forgotten how impressed I was when I had it for the first time. It was the first sake that made me fall in love with sake. It's a classic of umakuchi, or "flavorful" sake. I like its fruity and elegant taste, both in aroma and aftertaste.

Jikin Tokubetsu Junmai Nigori Sake Nama This is a record from a while ago, but last winter I had this at a Japanese-style pub in Omotesando where there is a wide selection of sake. I like Jikin and often order it, but this was my first time to drink nigorizake draft. It came out in this bottle, so I assume some time had passed since it was opened. The aroma and taste were sweet and mild on the palate, and the acidity was delicious on the tongue. In a word, it was delicious. This one is my favorite among the Jigokin.

Katsuyama Junmai Daiginjo Gen Sake appeared as a pairing at a creative French restaurant. It was served with foie gras confit. The mild mouthfeel and sweetness matched well with each other. It would also go well with cheese.
