Kuheiji's draft was too good 💦. Fruity and bouncy, with a lingering bitterness that finishes with a crisp finish 👍Kuheiji is a sake you can really feel in your body, it's the best ✨. Too perfect sake, 4 gou was emptied immediately 😅.

One of the sake I really wanted to drink this year, Shinshu Kamearei♪ I was finally able to get my hands on some 😭. I opened the package with the assumption that it would be good because it already has a great reputation, but from the first sip, my mouth was roaring with excitement! I could hear the roar in my mouth 😋. First of all, it's fresh and acidic, with a Shinsei-like flavor that spreads out and ends up being dry and snappy. Plus, there's a hint of sweetness in the aftertaste✨ This is seriously, amazing💕. Also, if you look at the ochoko, the ori is dancing well, it's easy to drink and the cup goes on quickly, so you can open the lid, pssst 🌟. This is already a favorite of mine - W! I thought it was a finely crafted sake brewed by a female toji ☝️ I think Shinshu Kameari is one of the top 3 sake brewed by female toji, with Genmai and Tenbi, and Shinshu Kameari has become my favorite sake with this junmai sake, with a personality that is second to none 🌈 I'll be ordering more from this liquor store soon! I couldn`t buy it in Tokyo, so I ordered it from a shop in Nagano 🥳

I happened to walk into a liquor store and saw the shining Sharaku-sama ✨. After drinking many kinds of sake rice, I prefer Yamadanishiki, and Yamada Nishiki from the Tojo district in Hyogo Prefecture is considered to be the best among them, so I bought it immediately. I was so surprised when I took a sip and I was like ⚡️this is amazing! The best Junmai Ginjo sake from the best distillery in the country. I haven't posted this but I've drunk Sharaku before and I'm amazed at how much the quality of the rice can improve the sake itself😭. Yeah, I'm glad I wandered by the liquor store 😆. I'm going to enjoy how the taste changes over the next few days❣️. I just think Sharaku is so darn good, even a little bit of it makes me cringe.

It's been a while since I've had Kaze no Mori, and this is my first time with alpha type3✨. This is the first time I've had an alpha type3. This is what Kaze no Mori is all about. It's also 14 degrees, which is only one degree lower, but makes it incredibly easy to drink. It's also a great way to get a taste of what it's like to be in the middle of the action. It's the kind of sake that gets you excited and makes you want to drink it with your friends and loved ones. It's wonderful. It is a well-considered alcohol.

I've been wanting to try Hanayo-Yoku for a while now, and I happened to find it😵 at a nearby liquor store. I've only seen a bottle once before, but this time it was a #4 bottle, so I got it along with Kaze no Mori ✨ *and I was really lucky to get the last one 😭. And this is the first time I've had it and it's soooo sweet and delicious❣️🤣. I can see why everyone wants to drink this! I can see why everyone says ☝️"I want to drink this! I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do this, but I'm sure I'm going to be able to do it. I'm going to drink it today😅.

It's been a while since I've had an unfiltered ✨Album It's always good to have raw sake😆. I've never picked up a Eikoh Fuji before, but this is a great gravity 👍 it's very fruity, sweet, a little bit fizzy, and it sits in the back of your throat 🤔 and it's also strong because it's an unpasteurized sake 💪 This was a good decision to buy the label 🌈 But the drink goes on and on💦 (well dangerous x2 lol) This is my first time drinking Yamagata 🎉 Tohoku sake is really amazing 😆. I'd like to taste it before the flavour of the original sake diminishes while drinking water properly😊.

I went to the liquor store and they had Ecru again. I figured working hard is a good thing😊. I've had the No6 X type, Lapis Lazuli and Flax Cat, but I think this Ecru is the best for everyday drinking. I love this sake, it's so fruity and juicy, and it's even better when it's cold 😅. I'm sure you'll agree that cheese is a great accompaniment, and it was delicious. It's also more acidic than the ecru I bought last time. I could hear it in my voice😆. Hope to come across it again ✨.

This is a drink that shocked me when I first had it. It has a fruity, human-like, complex flavor. It is a sake that changes over time, and it is a wonderful work that made me, a wine lover, think that sake might be possible. It is also a sake where the word "brew" is perfect.
