I've had the No6 X type, Lapis Lazuli and Flax Cat, but I think this Ecru is the best for everyday drinking.
I love this sake, it's so fruity and juicy, and it's even better when it's cold 😅.
I'm sure you'll agree that cheese is a great accompaniment, and it was delicious. It's also more acidic than the ecru I bought last time. I could hear it in my voice😆.
