After drinking many kinds of sake rice, I prefer Yamadanishiki, and Yamada Nishiki from the Tojo district in Hyogo Prefecture is considered to be the best among them, so I bought it immediately.
I was so surprised when I took a sip and I was like ⚡️this is amazing!
The best Junmai Ginjo sake from the best distillery in the country.
I haven't posted this but I've drunk Sharaku before and I'm amazed at how much the quality of the rice can improve the sake itself😭.

I'm going to enjoy how the taste changes over the next few days❣️.
I just think Sharaku is so darn good, even a little bit of it makes me cringe.
