This sake brewery is located on a street in Otsu Kenda. We decided on this sake after receiving various recommendations from the brewery staff. It is rich and robust and tastes as good as meat dishes.
The brewery I stopped by was sold out! I got it at a local liquor store. It is refreshing and easy to drink. They use a local sake rice called Ginbukiyo. It seems to be brewed seriously.
Refreshing aroma. The sharp and dry taste is good. I visited the brewery, which is a wonderful stone building. The rice used for the sake is grown around the brewery. The scenery of the rice paddies where rice planting had just finished was as refreshing as this sake.
The smallest sake brewery in Japan. We enjoy it very much. The sake is good, but this one is good too, with a flavor that you will never get tired of. I prefer it at room temperature, where you can taste the sweetness.
I've never seen Hatsushimo in sake rice before! It's a major local variety that we eat all the time, but sake? But this is good! It is full-bodied but has a nice sharpness. It is easy to drink. I wonder if it fits my body well since it is made from the usual rice?
The aroma of rice spreads the moment you open it!
The flavor of the rice is concentrated and is very drinkable.
You can feel the commitment to home-grown rice.
Later, we tried it lukewarm.
The taste was the same, with a hint of sweetness.
