The aroma is muscat, and in the mouth it is also muscat with a light capsule acidity and a clean finish. It is a wonderful sake that leaves a pleasant sour taste in the mouth. It is so easy to drink that it is hard to believe it is 15% alcohol.

(supernatant) Banana aroma. The same banana flavor spreads in the mouth, with a slight honey flavor in the aftertaste. However, it is not too thick, and the crisp, clean taste makes it easy to drink. (nigori) The initial flavor changes to green apple, and the honey aftertaste fades, leaving an image of green apple all the way through. Why does it change so much? It was a delicious and wonderful sake.

The aroma and mouthfeel are both white grape. In the mouth, the acidity spreads for a moment and quickly recedes, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. This is a wonderful sake that I learned that it is possible to produce such a delicate flavor by fire-roasting.

The moment it is poured into a glass, the shrieking is impressive. Both the smell and the flavor in the mouth are green apple, with a slight fizz that is much weaker than that of commercial carbonated beverages, and a sourness (so-called "cappuccino"?) that spreads out and leaves a clean aftertaste. The acidity (what is it called "cappuccino"?) is much weaker than that of commercial soda, and the aftertaste is clean. It's wonderful.

LaFrance aroma. A honey-like sweetness reminiscent of sweet Champagne spreads out, leaving a nice lingering aftertaste even after the drink is finished.

The flavor is reminiscent of tropical fruits with a very crisp finish. A great sake with so much flavor, but not too much that it becomes tedious to drink.
