I bought this sake for New Year's at Yamanaka Onsen (hot spring) on the 30th of last month. Not too sweet, good aroma, good mouthfeel, and good sharpness, just the way I like it. Ishikawa sake is delicious. Let's drink Ishikawa sake together.

I was looking forward to drinking the Kannon Shita and Seiko Crab that I had been saving. I enjoyed it cold and hot. Both are delicious.

It's finally the time of year when sake is delicious. I finally had a chance to drink a special gift from Fukui, a limited edition of Kuroryu Adoso. It has a clear throat, not too sweet and well balanced.
