I bought this sake for New Year's at Yamanaka Onsen (hot spring) on the 30th of last month. Not too sweet, good aroma, good mouthfeel, and good sharpness, just the way I like it.
Ishikawa sake is delicious. Let's drink Ishikawa sake together.
